A skilled Job Evaluation Project Officer required to lead a project aimed at supporting the process of assimilation and harmonisation of job roles, job descriptions, grades and salaries. The role will operate within a complex organisational environment and working with and through a diverse group of stakeholders.
Interested applicants will have proven project lead experience as well as specialist knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation sought. Hence, applicants will need to demonstrate that they are trained in Job Evaluation and show a clear and successful track record of workplace application.
Further, candidates must be graduate or equivalent and have Associate membership, or above, of the CIPD.
